Labelling something as a guilty pleasure is just a means to excuse yourself for liking something that isn't high art or acceptable by popularity. You shouldn't feel guilty about getting pleasure from something.
An exception to that might be enjoying Love Island. There is plenty to feel guilty for if you enjoy that show.
